Whitbourne Parish Council

Nigel lives on a smallholding on Bringsty Common. An engineer by profession, he previously served for eight years representing Bringsty / West Bromyard as a Herefordshire councillor.

Both of his children attended Whitbourne School, and he suspects he has walked every footpath and ridden every bridleway in the district in the 35 years he has lived here.
